Waterview. Staff are very pleasant.

Partition on deck between units was only 2ft high. Neighbouring guests and their children could step over into our space. We overlooked their dirty diapers, dirty frying pans and laundry. Property in need of serious maintenance. There is paint peeling, rows of nails popping on the lower deck where you can stub your toe on the way to the hot tub. Next to the hot tub is a alcove full of debris.

We had a fantastic stay by the coast – the location is perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to unwind (and roll out a yoga mat!). We loved the hot tub, went kayaking, and enjoyed a barbecue with a sea view. There’s a good restaurant nearby with delicious food, and Madeira is such a charming little town – definitely worth exploring. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape with a touch of adventure
