La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité des buffets et de la literie. La bonne tenue des chambres. Le centre de plongée très professionnel

Le all-inclusif étant trop cher pour nous, nous avons subit le manque de clarté des explications de la réception relatives aux restaurants thaï et italien, en lien avec la demi-pension. Impossible d'aller y manger pour le lunch. Tout cela est sans doute lié à la basse fréquentation et au jonglage avec le personnel. Pour un 4 étoiles cela fait un peu sourire. Sinon, le pommeau de douche et le bruit de la climatisation de la chambre. Le prix du zodiak pour une plongée dans le reef maison est trop cher.

Wonderful location, lovely resort and staff.

The reef is clearly suffering - despite being still beautiful in shape and populated of many colourful fishes, the corals have lost more of their colour.

The hotel rooms , the breakfast and the dinner are excellent and the hotel is beautifully located!

In case you have booked half pension what most people do you have to pay even for the drinking water! 3 Euros per bottle, plus a Espresso is 3 Euro! This is by far to much in a country like Egypt! The animation program is horrible and they better safe the money and spend it for free water! We are in Egypt it is important to drink enough! We also had to use the medical doctor to receive an antibiotic the price was with 200.- Euro outrageous!
