Please note that reception office is located at 10 Resort Drive, Coffs Harbor. Please note that Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort has a 24-hour self check in service. On arrival enter the foyer and then enter the code supplied into the key safe to retrieve your room and resort keys. All room numbers, resort maps and information will be emailed to you after booking, and the key safe code will be emailed and sent via SMS to you on the check in date. Please note that the Ocean View Executive Apartment and the upper floor of the Three-Bedroom Apartment with Spa can only be accessed via stairs. All Ocean View Executive Apartments are accessible via stairs only. The majority of two bedroom apartments are accessible via a elevator, however some are accessible via stairs only.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

The whole resort was beautiful. Enjoyed the walk down to the restaurant, beautiful meals. Great cocktails.

I didn't like that they gave us an 'upgrade' from our resort room with a spa bath to an executive room, without letting us know. We got into our room at 10pm realising there's no bath and the sofa bed wasn't made up like I had requested before the upgrade. Though they did offer to change our room but we were already unpacked from the previous night so they gave us a bottle of red and some choccy bikkies for the kids.
