Please note that reception office is located at 10 Resort Drive, Coffs Harbor. Please note that Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort has a 24-hour self check in service. On arrival enter the foyer and then enter the code supplied into the key safe to retrieve your room and resort keys. All room numbers, resort maps and information will be emailed to you after booking, and the key safe code will be emailed and sent via SMS to you on the check in date. Please note that the Ocean View Executive Apartment and the upper floor of the Three-Bedroom Apartment with Spa can only be accessed via stairs. All Ocean View Executive Apartments are accessible via stairs only. The majority of two bedroom apartments are accessible via a elevator, however some are accessible via stairs only.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
