Please note that reception office is located at 10 Resort Drive, Coffs Harbor. Please note that Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort has a 24-hour self check in service. On arrival enter the foyer and then enter the code supplied into the key safe to retrieve your room and resort keys. All room numbers, resort maps and information will be emailed to you after booking, and the key safe code will be emailed and sent via SMS to you on the check in date. Please note that the Ocean View Executive Apartment and the upper floor of the Three-Bedroom Apartment with Spa can only be accessed via stairs. All Ocean View Executive Apartments are accessible via stairs only. The majority of two bedroom apartments are accessible via a elevator, however some are accessible via stairs only.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Would stay again. Advice: Only stay in the renovated rooms, happy with reception quickly rectifying our room."

We were moved to a better room after speaking to reception. Who were quick to apologise and rectify the problem. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the facilities due to our schedule.

The first room we were given smelt like wet mould, there was hair on the fresh towels and black mould in the fridge seals.

The room was very well equipped and very comfortable. Was very good value for money

I found it quite tricky to find my room. The numbering was a bit confusing. But once I found it, it was wonderful

Very quiet. Lovely grounds. Outlook from balcony and room was appealing. Room comfortable. A very enjoyable stay.

A broom, dust pan and brush would have been good for our extended stay. The surface of the outside parking area needs upgrading as big holes and very rough.
