I like the scenery of the pool and the staff they were all friendly

I understand it’s all inclusive however I think there should be more accommodating to guests. For example, everything is essentially DIY, they don’t really do poolside or table service you kind of have to get up do it your literally… you have to get your own towels, go up to the bar and order food and drinks (no online ordering or pool side) which is a bit of a headache when you just want to relax as most of the bars require a bit of walking. Another thing I didn’t like was that there were no halal options or meat free substitutes for anything.. most dishes were pork heavy which obviously doesn’t work. When asked if they have veggie sausages they looked at me like I was speaking another language haha

The resort is very elegant. Big enough to distribute people, but also everything is central and easy to reach. The staff very polite and professional. The restaurants had delicious food and service. The bars amazing cocktails.

The beach was ok but saw nicer ones in Rhodes

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We especially loved the pool and beach areas, and the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated having a choice of different restaurants. The food and drinks were great, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. There was a singer performing every evening at the White Terrace, which provided enjoyable entertainment. We also found the hotel to be very child-friendly, and we will most likely return in the future with our child. Another thing we appreciated was how quiet it was at night in the area where our room was located.

However, we didn’t like that restaurant reservations were made for us immediately upon arrival without first explaining the different dining options available. Luckily Giorgios one of the staff members at the restaurant recommended us to go to Agrecofarm, which is included in the all inclusive, and we did and it was absolutely amazing. Very beautiful experience. We also felt that the check-in process was a little too slow for our preference. We appreciated how friendly and chatty the staff were, but after a long journey to the hotel, we were tired and eager to get to our room. I would also recommend asking guests for feedback during check-out rather than the day before their departure, as guests are still enjoying their stay and may not yet have formed their final impressions.

Great location on the beach and well designed

מלון ברמה מאוד מאוד גבוהה, השהייה הייתה מאוד מהנה ונעימה, הצוות של המלון והשירות ברמה מאוד מאוד גבוהה וגם המסעדות של המלון אנחנו נסענו זוג בתחילת יוני והמזג אוויר היה פשוט מעולה, הבריכות של המלון מאוד מפנקות, יש חוף פרטי ועוד שפע של דברים, גם עם הגעתנו קיבלנו מגבת צוננת וקיבלו אותנו מאוד יפה יש לקחת בחשבון שזה בערך שעה משדה התעופה

המזגן בחדר לא היה מאוד מקרר, למי שמחפש חופשה שקטה ורומנטית יותר חשוב לדעת שהיו במלון לא מעט משפחות עם ילדים, הורגש בעיקר באזורי הבריכה, לא פגע משמעותית בהנאה שלנו אך בהחלט היה מורגש לאורך השהייה. בנוסף ציפינו לתמורה מעט גבוהה יותר ברמת החדר- מוצרי אירוח או פינוקים בסיסיים בחדר האמבטיה

Hotel byl krásný. Personál hotelu byl ochotný a vstřícný. Pokoj byl čistý s krásným výhledem na moře. Servis v restauracích a na barech byl velmi dobrý.

Jediným velkým problémem našeho pobytu byly velmi hlučné vozíky pokojové služby, které jezdily po dlouhé chodbě již před osmou hodinou ráno. Vozíky na dlažbě dělaly velký hluk, který se po patře rozléhal a nedalo se spát. Jeli jsem si odpočinout, ale toto nám kazilo celkový dojem z hotelu. Bylo by vhodné i upozornit pokojské, aby na sebe na chodbách hlasitě nepovolávaly, alespoň hned po ránu.

Nice pool. Friendly staff. Good location.

Very expensive and the price paid did not reflect the level of service. For example the air conditioning was not working well in the room. We complained and the staff said no one else has complained. However multiple people had as we talked to other guests. The staff were therefore gaslighting us.
