Perfect location

Staff members not very accommodating. The hotel is very family friendly however I got the impression that they do not pay much attention to couples or individuals. There is constant noise wherever you go and although there are adults only places these are also fulfilled with families of all age groups. All the restaurants were fully booked by our check in so we couldn’t visit them for dinner and had to leave the hotel although we payed for all inclusive. We escalated this and they told Us they would add us on the waiting list. No one had contacted us although some of the restaurants had unoccupied tables. The buffet was monotonous and there was no way one could eat the same menu for 3 days both lunch and dinner. We also tried the spa. Although I had told the therapist several times and also answered a health questionnaire beforehand about a health problem she had forgotten this twice and had to remind her during the session. The most enjoyable experience we had was having a wine tasting session with Charlie who was fantastic. I am very glad I had booked another hotel to enjoy the remaining of my holiday as this was not meeting my standards at all.

Top Service, schöne Lage, direkt am Meer! Die Spezialitäten Restaurants waren toll und haben fast alle überzeugt (bis auf das Tavernaki) Personal ist mehr als bemüht, freundlich, kompetent und echt professionell!

Naja, die Abendunterhaltung war ein wenig einfallslos! Weiters waren wir überrascht, das es beim LUXME white palace anscheinend um ein Kinderhotel handelt! Sehr viele Familien mit Kinder, da die Kinder bis zum 12. Lebensjahr nicht extra kosten! Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns wahrscheinlich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Luxurious Stay at Grecotel LUXME White Palace We stayed in a sea-view room, and everything was simply perfect. The room was spotless, the service was exceptional, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sea every morning was an unforgettable experience. Food & Restaurants The resort has three à la carte restaurants: Italian, Asian, and Greek. They are open for dinner, while the Italian restaurant also opens for lunch, although the lunch menu is essentially the same as the pool menu. The Asian restaurant is an absolute must-try. It serves the best sushi I have ever had, and the entire experience felt like dining in a Michelin-star restaurant. The Greek and Italian restaurants were good, but not particularly memorable. I hope the hotel continues to improve these two restaurants, especially regarding taste and overall dining experience. As for the main restaurant, breakfast and lunch were outstanding. There is a chef from Italy whose name I unfortunately forgot. He makes the most incredible croissants I have ever tasted—honestly better than many I've had in Paris. At lunch, he also prepares pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten, even better than some famous pizzas in Naples. If anyone from the hotel reads this review, please pass on my compliments to him. Dinner offered a huge variety of options, and everything was of very high quality. Although this is an all-inclusive resort, it feels truly luxurious, and the value for money is excellent. Pools & Beach The resort has three pools: one directly in front of the beach and two additional pools located throughout the property. The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Watching the sunrise and sunset there creates a feeling of complete calm and serenity. There are plenty of sunbeds available both at the pools and on the beach, so finding a comfortable spot is never a problem.

The buffet was very nice with lots of choice. A reasonable selection of all inclusive drinks, and nice beachfront location. The ‘farm dinner’ option was really great, as was the poolside service. The spa was also great, but very expensive (c. $140 for a 60 minute treatment)

1) we were initially put in the wrong room type, which after flagging we were told ‘there’s none of the type you booked available today’. I complained about this, and a room of the type we booked was magically found. Really not a great start. The room we were then given was ok, but felt distinctly ‘aged’. The balcony doors didn’t shut properly for example, the TV didn’t work, some of the lights didn’t work, and the telephone didn’t work. All small things in isolation of course, but not exactly the premium experience advertised. 2) the Aircon didn’t work. I asked about this, and was told it was set to a central temperature and all we could do was adjust the fan speed in the room. The temperature it was set to must have been about 21 or 22 degrees - far too hot to sleep. A fan was offered, which we accepted, but which never turned up. A lack of proper air conditioning in a 5 star resort is pretty unforgivable. 3) on arrival, we tried booking the à la carte options for the nights we were there. All were fully booked on the app, so we had to go to reception to try and book them. We ended up getting into all bar the Greek restaurant, but not until 2100/2130. I even asked before we arrived if we needed to book dinner in advance, but there was no way to do so. 4) whilst the pool and sun beds were great and the drinks service was also great, it did have a little bit of a ‘Costa del Sol’ feeling in so far as you had to be there early to ‘reserve’ a sunbed, which is definitely not a 5* experience. Understandably there weren’t enough around the main pool for everyone, as the hotel has a lot of people staying at any one time. 5) a LOT of young children, which in one sense is great if you have children as it’s a nice safe place to be with facilities, but just noting as the atmosphere is very much family oriented rather than ‘romantic couples’ 6) not a 5* resort in our opinion. A reasonable 4*.

Beautiful facility, well operated, the all-inclusive was great! Staff is amazing, friendly and accessible.

Personeel is ZEER vriendelijk! Goed eten!

Main zwembad zou verwarmd moeten zijn maar was nog steeds koud.

The staff are all so attentive, very helpful and welcoming ensuring that guests are well catered for. They are especially welcoming to children. Particular thanks to Charlotte the sommelier who gave us excellent customer service from the wine library, she was very knowledgeable and passionate and her recommendations enhanced our dining experiences. The facilities are all high quality and clean, food across the hotel was consistently superb and the a la carte options are all great. The Agrecofarm is a must - and the fact it is included (besides a small Transport fee) makes the hotel a standout. Beds were also very comfortable and the Nesprsso machine and daily topped up mini bar was a nice touch.

Some of the rooms overlook busy and noisy road, which was problematic as the air conditioning is centrally governed (you cant control the temperature) but for us travelling with a small baby, the room temperature was still far too hot (baby monitor showing 26C) so we had to open the patio door which led to disruptive sleep because of the road and unwelcome mosquito bites as a result. We moved room eventually to one overlooking the activity pool (thanks to the hotel for facilitating) so the noise issue went away but the air conditioning remained a problem here too, having to open the door to keep the temperature reasonable.
