"The worst resort ever"

Nothing. Worst service ever

Everything, the staff's behavior. Not entertaining Guest, no. Hospitality. No wonder why they left bad reviews and they get used to it when guests leave their resort same day as they check in because of everything. And they dont process refund even if they didnt meet your satisfaction even when you call booking.com, they'll just asked you of what happened but no action was made.

The location is excellent, right at the beach front!

We paid for a room at the Villa, Queen Room, but we were not able to avail of this reservation, instead we were assigned a different room other than what we reserved online and what we paid for. The good thing is that the management offered us another one night accommodation on another date, depending on our availability to compensate for the blunder. We had reserved a room, but the place where we were supposed to stay was fully occupied already.
