Amami Beachfront Villa with Private Beach

building is a little run down, cupboards in the kitchen and all around the building is moldy. would've been a great place if a little of maintenance was done.

The room was very nice and clean. I liked being able to walk only a few steps for a swim. The food at the resort was good and the massage was the best I have ever had!

I booked a room with balcony sea view and got the bottom floor. I also think it was a little bit overpriced

Just right in front of the beach. The one who replied here in booking is helpful they offer us to transfer room with a/c but it is already too late for the offer (by the way thank you for the offer, we appreciate). There is gecko inside the room, the fans are not working well (no air and no cover) they give us stand fan but it was very dusty.

Secluded area. No one there to assist you or help you, you need to text/chat/call them for them to help/assist you but they can only help you until 8pm after that they will not answer your concern. The electric fans are not working, no air at all. It has gecko inside the room and lots of insect although it has mosquito net but it is not enough because some of the insect are coming from the bed (we have bed bugs bite) even we put insect repellent. Before we checked in I already ask if they can clean our room since we are checked in for 2nights, the one who assist us said it is okay but when the time I ask to clean our room, they did not clean the room so I just requested a broom so that we can clean the villa. The floors are wood and the CR is not tiles. There is pungent odor coming from CR. You’ll feel not safe because no one is there just us and other guest (if there is). No security guard or even a caretaker. There are lot of holes of the nipa hut that people can get inside. We just see staff when it’s morning. If you order food from their restaurant you’ll charge 100 pesos per deliver of food wherein we order at their restaurant. This is a villa with no sink where you can wash atleast your food, the sink they have is only inside the CR. No utensils (you need to borrow in the big villa), no hot water/electric kettle (for us to prepare hot water atleast for our coffee or cupnoodles), no complementary water (atleast bottled water). Imagine a secluded area nothing at all (you cannot cook and no help at all). Photo reference below the room and the bites of insect we had
