The villa was separated from the other amenities, inconvenient. Not much to do in the area. Bathroom drain was clogged, shower curtains (yuck) time to change. Aircon’s not working.

If you want a peaceful place to go to travel with your family this private villa was meant for you, very spacious, front of beach and quiet and the Bedrooms also nice and spacious as well as the kitchen and living room. Amenities included. Highly recommended private villa to stay.

To far to travel, hopefully soon they can have a private parking for pick up cars and vans inside the villa, none the less everything was good also the staff who assisted us.

Location of the villa is far from the main beach resort. 5mins away if you will walk. It is so hard to call the hotel attendant, I need to call via mobile then they will inform the hotel attendant to assist us but it takes so much time. Not air conditioned room. It says on the posting that it is air conditioned but there is fan only. No complimentary water and glass to use. Not secured. No security guard on the main gate of the villa and on the gate of the beach. Anyone can enter the gate. Beach is swimmable but it is not white sand. Don’t expect too much on the beach because it is with stones not white sand.

Made with natural material, nice solid wood and bamboo, rare in the Philippines, but needs some fixing. Loved the feel, right on the beach, amazing view, and plenty of quiet time

The pictures and description of accommodation and facilities was not as advertised.

The villa was right on the beach, a nice breeze kept it comfy in there since there was no AC. The crew around the facility was present and helpful when needed. Locals will be walking the beach and offering tours to waterfalls, massages, and boat trips to beaches not accessible by vehicles. I would recommend taking advantage of all these. We enjoyed our time there and even extended our stay.

The sea view from the room is definitely the winner since the villa is beachfront, we were able to just chill out in the yard as well. We went there during the cold season so the waters were very cold but we knew that and we were just there to relax and see the view. ANDDDD we got the whole villa to ourselves so we were able to utilize the common areas. We also went to the main resort to eat and I recommend ordering their Italian menu. It was very tasty and great for the price. I would not recommend this place if you're looking to swim at the beach because it is rocky. However, if you're not adventurous and the type of person who just wants to stay at home and chill with a sea view, then you would love this place.

There was already landscaping but it's not that well-maintained and I wish there was a picnic table or a bonfire area.
