Amami Beachfront Villa with Private Beach

The place is cozy and aesthetic! They are nice and accommodating.

We don’t feel safe, since there are other people who are not staff that bugging us while we’re staying. We only have one staff that can accommodate which made us worry in case something happens.

I liked that the staff DANICA helped us with our needs, very helpful. I liked that it's in front of the beach and closed to Amami restaurant which serves very good food!

It is next to another resort that has videoke and sometimes plays loud music. I hope also there will be a kitchenette and a grill outside, so guests can cook since its a bit far from the other restaurants.

Private beach, away from crowds. Staff Danica is very friendly and helpful. Ready to go out of the way to attend to our needs.

Amenities fall a little short and need improvement. No convenient facility restaurant but you can request and order food to be delivered. The pluses outweigh the minuses and for my purpose, I will come back.

Spacious up and down rooms. Beachfront. Accommodating staff. Privacy. Accessible to tourist spots when using a motorcycle.

Photos used to advertise the place were not what you will see in person. The villa room does not even have a bathroom inside. The bed and pillow sheets were full of stains. The comfort room fixtures were old and rusty. Booking the room which includes the breakfast is not worth it due to the small portion of food.

Didn't realize the kitchen was being shared, that wasn't clear in the description. Toilet facility wasn't the best. Toilet didn't work properly. Towels were old and ragged. Basically hits and misses. Location is fine

Private, beach front. The caretaker, Danica, very kind and accommodating. Had the best massage at this resort. With Heidi. Some fisherman sells you their fresh catch at the beach in some mornings which was perfect as this villa includes shared kitchen. Bought a couple of times and had the freshest fish. Lol

Some of the AC doesn't work at the time of my stay. The included breakfast that I paid for was inconsistent. When we order two eggs and toast in their menu. They only give me one.... and says the included breakfast which I paid extra for only comes with one egg. Lol... I had to buy few more eggs for my son and myself. We tried to skip the paid breakfast cause their menu is very limited anyways.
