Ploy Resort

Middle in the “main street” with lots of choice of restaurants and bars, but still we didn’t hear any noise from our room. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated with a lovely bathroom. The high point from my trip was eating breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river with the sounds of the birds! There is a small infinity pool, with the most amazing view. The owner has a passion for gardening as everything is beautifully kept. We rented a scooter from the lady next door to the resort, and we loved touring around this exceptionally beautiful area. We found the people in Kanchanaburi to be very friendly, I just loved the place! I didn’t want to leave! Next time I will definately stay at Ploy Resort again!

It wasn’t a problem for us but there is the most beautiful bar by the pool which isn’t open. Maybe a lack of staff is the problem? If it was open it would create a more resort feeling.

Wonderful location and very kind and helpful staff. Great swimming pool but even better swimming in the river. Very grateful to the staff who helped when I had an injury and needed to visit a local clinic. Hope to return in the future some day.
