Amazing value in a good location. Friendly helpful staff. Aircon and rarely had mosquito in the room. I stayed nearly 2 months and I was quite happy there.

Mattress a bit lumpy. Kitchen an bathroom not that well maintained

Had a private room here, it's fairly basic but the room size was larger than some that were double the price. Good WiFi, AC, hot shower, power that doesn't turn off when you leave the room. Amazing value for money in a great location, would definitely stay again.

The room was a decent size, and the aircon was good. The hotel is close to some beaches and a 7 eleven just down the road. The wifi was good and worked well. Staff were friendly, but I didn't have much interaction beside check in and check out. Hit water works well.

The room could have been cleaner. It looked like none of the surfaces were wiped down, and there was a white kind of powder on some of the furniture. There was a soap dispenser in the shower, but it was completely empty. The room smelled like sewerage one night, which was very unpleasan. The towels are stained/smelly and need a refresh.

The Location is good to reach nice beaches. 7eleven and Restaurants near by. There was a fan for each bed and a fridge in the common space. The bathroom was cleaned every day. The staff was friendly It was the cheapest bed I found in the area.

My mattress was so sagging, there was a huge hollow, I've never experienced anything like that. Storage areas in the room were littered and dirty. Also trash in the little garden area.

I booked this place for location but it was an horrible experience. I had to leave it without refund and book another place in Had Yao

Smelly, dirty, airless rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Rude people with no communication skills and no empathy. Zero help if you need anything. I felt like in a jail and i had to leave after 1 night stay.

Location is very good, very close to the beach and 7-11.

Place feels a little bit run-down. Small things, like bed lamp not working, no soap at the toilets. But for the price I didn't mind much.
