I like the owner and owner's family，they are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect，access to different yoga studios and walk distance to seaside，plenty of restaurants around. I had great time there.

The toilet is out of maintenance，they do clean everday，but need improve，shower holder need to be fixed. And it will be great if there's curtain by the bed，so have more privacy.

Location is good. Right across from the beach. Nice big bed. Big room that I can do yoga in. I can cook, make tea also. Nice refrigerator and water boiler. Pretty friendly people, I've been here before.

Was not Clean under the bed. The arrangement of the bathroom could be better. The shower is the first thing you have to go through to get to the toilet. then the sink and finally the toilet. It is a little inconvenient but I don't like to complain, I like to adapt as best I can.

The room was just what we needed. The staff were so nice and helpful.

There were a few bugs that managed to get in, and there wasn’t any toilet roll when we arrived.

Stayed for the 2nd time. The king room with AC is great for my needs. Spacious, good big bed. The location is very convenient too.

I like the location and like that there is a refrigerator dishes spoon and hot pot. It's a nice big bed that is comfortable. I stayed in that room before in November of last year. The people here are accommodating and helpful for me when I need assistance. In this case I had brought a. lot of things I put in the room and I asked if they could keep the truck out of the way so I can drive in the morning to pick everything up and I wanted to be out early the next morning. They worked with me and made it easy to get in and out.

When I arrived there was a lot of ice built up in the freezer part of the refrigerator. For my taste I would like a clean refrigerator when I arrive. The floor was clean and nice underfoot but looking under the bed, it was not cleaned. When they cleaned the room it seems that place is forgotten and I found it filthy. Suggestion. if you come in and find a part of the room not clean, let them know it is dirty under there. I'm sure they would have it cleaned for you. My bad, I didn't mention it, I just thought it. They are helpful if you give them a chance.

Very relaxed and clean. My room was very big and the bed was the most comfy bed I've had since staying in Thailand.

Good location, good restaurants with local food close to the place. The aircon works good, the bathroom it was nice. Good price if you compare with other places in Koh phangan. The fridge in the room and the kettle are a big plus.

The sink in our bathroom was clogged when we arrived but the team fix it very fast and after we didn't have problems.
