"A great place to relaxing by the beach."

The property could do with a bit of TLC

A bit far from the main action, bars, restaurants etc. You need a car or motorbike unless you want to pay 1,000 baht in a taxi return trip every time

"Все прекрасно."

Прекрасный дом, оснащен всем, что нужно для жизни, большая кухня, мы готовили ужины, даже умудрились пожарить шашлык (есть маленький мангал, угли покупаете сами). Прекрасная терраса с потолочными вентиляторами, все вечера проводили на ней. Проживали 11 дней, 3 семьи. Иногда по вечерам к нам приходили друзья. Максимально было 17 взрослых и мы как то умудрились вместиться на террасе на пару часиков. Кондиционеры работают отлично. Плесени нет. Бассейн чистый. Единственный минус, что далеко приходилось ходить до кафе, когда надоели 1 кафе на пляже и 1 ресторан. Но это не относиться к самому дому.

Одна семья жаловалась на слишком громкий насос по утрам, скорей всего на его сторону выходили окна, остальные не слышали.

Nice villa with a private beach, there are 4 rooms and has a private pool as well, quiet area very nice for relaxing.
