L'emplacement face a la mer, les pieds dans l'eau.

L'organisation de la maison avec 2 chambres a l'étage avec un accès par l'extérieur. Compliqué avec des enfants. Le check out, ou le personnel a contrôler la première chambre, trouvé une tâche de la taille d'une tete d'épingle et nous demande de payer 300 baths pour nettoyer? Nous facture ensuite un verre cassé 100 bath pas de débats. Une fois les 400 baths récupérés ils n'ont meme pas regarder les 3 autres chambres. On a vraiment eu le sentiments que le personnel de nettoyage cherchait a trouver a facturer quelque chose et qu'une fois fait il n'était plus trop regardant. J'espère que les draps sont lavés avec ou sans taches. On a clairement eu le sentiment de se faire arnaquer, nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseillons pas ce logement avec ce genre de personnel.

We had a great stay! The villa was clean, well maintained, and easy to reach from the main pier. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. We really enjoyed the private pool and appreciated the nearby beach clubs. A relaxing and well-organized experience overall!

the kitchen could use some improvements. For a villa that accommodates 8–10 people, having only 4 sets of plates and bowls felt insufficient. A simple coffee machine would also be a nice addition. Some of the pots and pans were quite worn out — the Teflon coating was scratched and peeling, which made us hesitant to use them.

Location was great

Complicated Hob not easy to understand how it worked, we had to call the agent to ask again how to turn it on. To be fair she did show me how to switch it on but when we came to use it we were not able to get it working, a 15 min call and we managed to get it working followed by a visit from the agent. Simple is best.

Nice and peaceful location.

The house was clean and very comfy. The location was great—very close to the beach and the ferry. The host was really nice and helpful. We had a great time there!
