OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort

The stuff were super friendly, we got.a room.upgrade, facilities are new. Nice beach very close 100.meters from the hotel.

The area around the hotel.needs to be better maintained.

Très bel hôtel, récent avec beaucoup de charme et situé proche d’une belle plage. Éloigné de la route principale, l’hôtel est très calme. Deux belles piscines également au calme. La chambre est très bien décorée, très propre, literie très confortable avec piscine privée, juste parfait!! Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, sympathique et souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux, très varié et excellent, la cuisine le soir est digne d’un restaurant gastronomique!! Salle de sport simple mais efficace. De nombreux restaurants dans les alentours et magasin Seven Eleven accessible à pied. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, nous reviendrons sans hésiter!!!!

Location on main road , poor outlook and resort is limited in restaurants and bars

We received an upgrade to a bigger room, which has 2 levels. This worked really well for our 3 travellers. The breakfast was really good. A bit 'same-same' after 2 weeks but still freshly cooked and good quality. The staff were amazing. So polite, so smiley, and always helpful.

The location will be good. At the moment there are far too many trucks going up to the new buildings nearby, so it is a little dusty and noisy if you sit outside for food, but didn't notice them otherwise. We would have really appreciated an inside breakfast/dinner venue, somewhere that you could sit inside during food times and others if you wanted respite from the heat. The restaurant is part of the main lobby area which has an open air feel and no doors so there is no cool area to rest apart from your own room.

We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived - as in the second our car stopped in front of Outrigger Surin Beach Resort. There is a security guard handling the traffic, staff helping us to carry the luggage, nice welcome drink and smooth check in progress (we even checked in early without asking it). As soon as we reached the room, AC was on and our luggage was already there. The room and the bathroom were clean. The staffs (OMG) they are all very friendly and you just felt welcomed every moment you had an eye contact with them. Breakfast was decent too! Variety of foods. We had our dinner for our last night in Phuket. The food was good - perfectly cooked, huge portion. The resort is only few minutes away walk to the beautiful Surin Beach to enjoy the sunset. You can even borrow a mat and towel from the reception. I am missing every bit of the resort already and will definitely choose Outrigger Surin Beach Resort again the next time I’m visiting Phuket.

The pillows
