Concorde De Luxe Resort Lara Antalya- Prive Ultra All Inclusive

We spent one week at Concorde De Luxe Resort in Lara, Antalya, and had a great experience. We would definitely come back again. One of the best things about our stay was the air conditioning in the room. The outside temperature was around 35°C, but the room could easily be kept at around 20°C, making it very comfortable, especially during the hot summer days. The staff were excellent throughout our stay—always polite, friendly, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. The Guest Relations team was also excellent. Communication via WhatsApp was easy, and they were always responsive and helpful. We also needed medical pillows, and the hotel provided them free of charge, which we really appreciated. The drinks were perfect and available everywhere and anytime we needed them. In my opinion, the highlight of the resort was the entertainment. The night programs were fantastic, including parties, theater shows, music and dance, and there was always something enjoyable to do after dinner. The daytime activities around the pool were also great and kept guests entertained throughout the day. The Fun Makers team was professional, energetic, and friendly, doing an excellent job creating a fun atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this resort. We look forward to returning in the future.

The food was good with plenty of variety, although there is still some room for improvement to make it truly exceptional. Another area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection. While internet access was available throughout the resort, the connection was not always stable in all areas of the hotel. The QR-code ordering system around the pool. The service was often delayed, so it was usually faster and easier to get drinks directly from the bar yourself which is right there.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The accommodation was excellent: clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The quality of the facilities and services exceeded our expectations. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, available, and always willing to help. Their attention to guests and responsiveness were outstanding. A special thank you for their help on our last day. When our taxi booking app was not working, the team reacted immediately and arranged a taxi to the airport for us, making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. They also kindly exchanged a €50 banknote into smaller bills (€10 and €20 notes) so that we could easily pay the taxi driver. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and shows how much they care about their guests. Their support and dedication made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful beach, beautiful and luscious garden, a place where you can truly let go and relax. The staff is polite and friendly and they are really committed to providing excellent service. We had a special dietary request which was fulfilled and the chef came personally to check if everything was according to our needs. It is amazing how much effort is put into keeping the resort clean and running smoothly. Compliments to the management and all the staff, I will definitely recommend the resort as a great place for a holiday.

The Wi Fi connection at the beach was poor and frequently interrupted.
