Sehr schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Größe. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, sauber und wirkt nicht überlaufen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen, Getränke und Service waren in allen Bereichen sehr gut. Die Lage in Lara ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Natürlich kann man immer irgendwo einen kleinen Kritikpunkt finden, wenn man danach sucht. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war unser Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich hervorragend. Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Größe, wirkt nicht überlaufen und bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre ohne Hektik. Wir waren bereits mehrmals in Lara und wollten dieses Hotel schon länger besuchen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Bereichen erfüllt. Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

🇺🇸 My parents absolutely loved their stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort and returned home happy, relaxed, and already talking about Turkey again — which is probably the strongest compliment possible. 😊 The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, green, and maintained with great care. Everywhere you look, there is something pleasant to see. The beach is wonderful, the pools are excellent, and the overall atmosphere makes it very easy to switch off from everyday life and simply enjoy being on vacation. The food deserves a special mention. There was so much variety that I am fairly certain my parents would have needed an extra week just to try everything. 😄 Every day they sent me photos of food, desserts, fruit, and more food... and then even more food. The staff was kind and helpful. We requested a room change because the original view was not ideal, and the hotel handled the situation quickly and professionally. My parents were moved to another room and were very happy with it. The fruit platter was also a lovely and unexpected gesture that made them smile. My parents are experienced travelers who have visited more than 50 countries, so they are not easily impressed. Yet they genuinely enjoyed their stay and kept telling me how comfortable, clean, and welcoming everything felt. If I were rating only the holiday itself, I would happily give the hotel 10/10. 🇷🇺 Родители остались в полном восторге от отдыха и вернулись домой счастливыми, отдохнувшими и уже обсуждающими новые поездки в Турцию. А это, наверное, лучший комплимент, который может получить любой отель. 😊 Территория отеля просто замечательная — зелёная, ухоженная и очень красивая. Пляж отличный, бассейны прекрасные, а атмосфера располагает к тому, чтобы забыть обо всех заботах и просто наслаждаться отпуском. Отдельно хочется отметить еду. Её было столько, что, кажется, родителям понадобилась бы ещё одна неделя отпуска только для того, чтобы всё попробовать.

There is really only one area where I believe the hotel could improve: communication before and during the stay. I spent quite a bit of time trying to arrange a surprise spa gift for my parents from another country. At first, getting responses from some departments was slower than expected, and at one point I started wondering whether my emails had gone on vacation before my parents did. 😄 To be fair, once the right people became involved, they were polite, professional, and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, by the time all the details were sorted out, my parents were already preparing to fly home. The only payment option offered for the spa was an international SWIFT transfer, which takes several business days. Since my parents were nearing the end of their stay, there simply wasn't enough time to make it work. This is not a complaint as much as a suggestion. Offering a faster online payment option for remote family members would make a great hotel even better. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and the positives outweigh the negatives by a very large margin. 🇷🇺 По сути, есть только один момент, который, на мой взгляд, можно улучшить — это коммуникация до и во время отдыха. Я пыталась организовать для родителей сюрприз и оплатить СПА-процедуры дистанционно из другой страны. Ответы от некоторых отделов приходили довольно медленно, и в какой-то момент мне даже показалось, что мои письма ушли отдыхать раньше, чем сами родители. 😄 Справедливости ради стоит сказать, что когда вопрос попал к нужным сотрудникам, общение стало очень приятным и профессиональным. Люди действительно старались помочь. К сожалению, к этому моменту родители уже практически собирались домой. Для оплаты СПА был предложен только международный SWIFT-перевод, который занимает несколько рабочих дней. Из-за этого по времени мы просто не успели всё организовать. Это скорее не жалоба, а пожелание.

Все были вежливые . Очень большая и красивая территория, много мест для отдыха - не чувствуешь колличество людей.

Анимация , плохие развлечения . Пенная вечеринка у бассейна была плохой . Не было пены .это было смешно. В море плавал мусор . Было мало морепродуктов , суши были смешные.
