Customer service is not bad

The villa inside needs a renovation. The carpet on the stairs are super dirty. The bathroom has had better days. Blinds are broken. Sliding doors don't close properly.

Nothing

Everything. It’s so run down and poor quality. Filthy furniture, top coat of laminate is peeling off, cracked tiles, the caulk in the bath tub is coming off. This place made me feel dirty as soon as I walked in. I hated every minute of my stay.
