"Great views. Comfortable townhouse, with all you need in kitchen and baths."

Location was good, Great views. Great curb appeal. I didn't do any cooking. Kitchen had adequate supplies. Had enough towels in the bathroom. It was fun to sit on the deck and watch the iguanas walk around and climb the trees. They left us a nice goodie bag.

Pictures make the townhouse look bigger. The sheets on the master bed didn't fit. They need to put some kind of mat in the shower, so you don't slip. I thought we were closer to Marathon.

"Not our best experience and left disappointed."

Good location

Unit needs a good cleaning and shows lack of maintenance. Upstairs toilet ballcock has filling issues and cockroaches were present. The exterior decks need to be stained and the kitchen cabinets need some TLC. Window blinds are missing slats and the closet door wasn’t even on it’s track.

"The home was good, except for the Hot tub/ Jacuzzi."

The hot tub/jacuzzi on the patio, was filthy, and that was what we really wanted to enjoy. 😢

"DON'T book through Keys Carribean! Go through actual resort and spend the extra $"

Beautiful location and pretty well stocked

Keys Caribbean required a credit card deposit of $500 and actually charged my card $1,104! I did get the deposit back but I will never use them again. Better to pay extra $ and stay in townhouse that is a part of the resort and access amenities. The townhouses are smaller than expected and neighbors were too close for comfort and can hear everything.

"What a fantastic space!"

we had a beautiful view, and a great porch to hang out on. Also, we were right next to Marathon and close to Islamorada- lots of great choices for food and drink- like Islamorada Brewing Co. and Keys Fisheries! Not to mention- we had a lovely time at sombrero beach! And though our unit faced west, we got a gorgeous sunrise! I’m sure it would’ve been a great place for a sunset too!

Nothing bad about our unit… It was fantastic! It also had a laundry which I was not aware of until the last day.

"Stay was pleasant"

No offer of breakfast

Staff showed up on departure day 930am. Check out 11:00am Started unloading supplies Brought her supplies in while packing up to depart. I was not sure what was happened? She spoke no English!! Walked into villa… Started taking pictures? Brought in her supplies?? Going up down stairs from room to room? Pretty much rushed us out of departure? I took pictures of my departure My family was upset!we were pushed out before departure time! Upsetting
