The water never turned hot. The maintenance guy was called to our room and said that it’s an old building and to deal with it. We went out for dinner and theatre and when we came back to our room the floor was flooded. The hotel phones don’t work so we had to use our cell phone but the WiFi is weak. Didn’t get a hold of anyone until the morning and when we asked to speak to a manager we were told to wait… they never called back. Never stay here again!

Things went well. Especially liked being able to walk from car into the room. Old style. Exactly what I wanted.... We were given an extra hour which was HUGE, and much appreciated. And there was a gentleman servicing the rooms and he was supremely nice, friendly. Helped us on a couple things. Also much appreciated. Great vibe.

Everything was as expected. Worked well.
