Healing Waters Resort and Spa

The location

The rooms are outdated and not super clean, there was a strange smell in the rooms. I left my charger in the room and they made it very difficult to even understand if they retrieved it or not, they also said it’s probably cheaper for me to replace it which is extremely inconsiderate.

Its an older property. The room we stayed at was nice and large. This hotel as an Hot Springs Pool. So we got to use it.

Pool was old . But, it is the original pool so historic

Very nice hot springs. People were very friendly and helpful

The staff were inviting and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location next to the river.

Men and women bath houses could use a little touching up

Mature gray haired lady could have been a LOT friendlier at check in. I specifically requested a ground level room at time of booking and received an email confirmation that they would accommodate my request, but when I got there, they put me upstairs which was difficult for me to climb the stairs. Good luck getting a hot shower that lasts more than 3 minutes. The hot springs pool was nice, but lots of kids there on a Saturday using it more as a swimming pool than "healing waters". Would have enjoyed it more if I could have just soaked in a quiet pool.
