Perfect place in Vanuatu! The location is in a secluded area right on the reef with great snorkeling and diving on site. I had no plans of diving but wound up doing my first intro dive here and it was perfect… Peeta is a highly experienced and comforting instructor! The bungalows are new and super clean. Very spacious and just appointed in the nicest way. The atmosphere here is pure relaxation and super friendly. I also stayed at Breakas (right up the road) a few nights and the differences are huge. Breakas was pure party scene and not as clean, where here it’s just quiet and chill (yes they have a bar here as well though). I wound up going to breakas for some fun one night and then sleeping here which was perfect! Here they also provide really good food and you can simply stay here all day and they feed you haha! Getting into town is a little tricky but totally doable. Take the bike, or walk 10 minutes or so to the main road to catch the bus out. Getting back is super easy from town by bus. They have free rental bikes as well which are in excellent shape. I booked 2 nights but wound up staying 3 due to flight cancellation. They accommodated me during my struggle to rebook with the airline and that was such a breath of fresh air.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lovely gardens. The dinner and breakfast we ate there were both so enjoyable. Great hosts.

Hate to bring this up but Gekkos are super loud during the night and barely slept for the entire night. It's not something you can do about it!

The resort is nice and small, and the rooms are lovely - very spacious. There is good snorkeling right off the beach, and plenty of places to relax, including the rooftop space above each apartment. You will find that your hosts are extremely kind and thoughtful, doing things like hosting a movie night outdoors, which created a friendly atmosphere for the guests. It is also very safe to go for walks and bike rides on the little roads around the resort. You’re not on some busy, dangerous road, so a daily walk was a real pleasure.

South Pacific Memories is a fantastic place! Perfect for couples, who want to enjoy a private beach, a very own chef delivering great food, snorkeling and diving opportunities and beautiful sunsets. Petter, Anne, Andrea and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready for a chat. Could go back any time!

Anne & Petter have created the most beautiful and special place for a romantic holiday. The rooms and common areas are delightfully architectural and spotlessly clean, the food is sublime and the staff are very friendly. We lazed in the sun, cooled off in the pool and loved every minute of our 3-day stay.

Helpful hosts in a quiet setting. This is a new hotel of four bungalows with clean and well designed rooms that are spacious. Special touches of art in just the right places. I loved the vintage furniture in the common area with antique lights and locally woven lampshades for a special touch. You can swim off the beach and they give you booties, snorkel and all you may need to explore the water. A a set menu and they were able to adapt to my gluten free needs. Great food and cocktails. 😄 If you want a destination to shake up dinner location - you can book at the paradise cove for a change. It’s a 10 minute walk.

I loved everything. This is not walking distance to town but you can catch a bus. We didn’t want to do the town so not a big deal. We did catch a bus to the waterfall at Mele cascades and paid about $2000vatu to go there and back for two of us.
