"Hidden gem in Dili."

The whole Team at Excelsior were brilliant. They couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was great.

There was nothing we didnt like. They would call us taxis and provide helpful tourist information. A great Team effort!

"Excelsior provided a productive retreat for a stay in Dili."

The Excelsior was located on a quiet campus in the midst of a neighborhood. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

One drawback was that the Excelsior did not have a restaurant or bar.

"Tranquil, Peace, Awesome staff"

The hospitality of the staff is beyond expectations, they are willing to go extra miles, to make sure that the guest needs are fulfill.

The lighting around hotel area is quite dark, need more light at night. The WiFi sometimes intermittent and need time-to-time to reboot and check the signal

Very clean. Room was well set up with bar fridge and jug. Staff were friendly, obliging and a pleasure to deal with.

I wish the pool was operational.
