"Value for money simply wasn’t there. The room price is too high"

The hotel Wifi was good.

The tv was often “offline” not working. I was only able to watch tv on the final day of my stay. The toilet and bathroom were in poor condition. The toilet set wasn’t fixed to the toilet. The shower had parts literally falling off it. I had to ask the cleaner to refill the liquid soap when it was empty

The staff made every effort to ensure our needs were met

The resort is coming out of a difficult period where there was no ex-pat travel to Timor Leste and thus the facilities had not necessarily been maintained at a premium level
