Territory, swimming pools, beach, helpful staff however some difficulties with English. Gozleme - very good! Choice of drinks when having uai is good.

Choice of food average - hot dishes, quite a lot of fast food. Poor choice of fish and seafood. Rooms: we stayed at Elite building, more or less ok, hoverew furniture is old, just painted. One place to get beach/ pool towels, every time quite a long walk.

"AC not working its very hot night daily ."

"AWFULLY NASTY!! Many reasons to stay away!"

Mrs Secil and the cleaning lady was the only things that would have make us happy with their service. This is the first time I’ll put a negative review but I really need to do it as there are many reasons that you can’t just excuse, especially about some of the stuff. I have even faced to racist acts from the stuff who is named ERTUGRUL. He was extremely rude and kept his attitude like he is not educated at all. The food was overall lots of options and tastes good.. even though you like some of the things in this hotel, with the attitude of the stuff like ERTUGRUL(worst person of my life ever) and Onur you can’t enjoy your time here because they keep things harder for you. I believe most of the good reviews here are paid or they wrote them themselves because I trusted the reviews and decided to stay here but I was completely frustrated at the end. I travelled half of the world and this is the most terrible stuff I’ve ever seen in my life. They have even tried to cheat us and got more money. I would say that stay away from this hotel. NO HESITATION! Beach was good but their drinks are very poor as quality wise.

There was insects on the floor in the gym. The curtain rail was broken in my room and the curtain fell down so I couldn’t sleep as soon as the sun rises. Fire alarms are not working so you can’t feel 100% safe here. Fire springs are either working the other way around the world (as the stuff claimed) or not working at all. Lots of options on the food but not the greatest taste but still okay, instead of that many options they may focus on better taste. I do have videos of everything so I’m happy to share with the hotel management if they like to contact me but I don’t think they would even bother doing it.

Food was great, location amazing,stuff friendly and entertaining. You cannot get bored.
