Superbly entertaining Animation team that kept us entertained every day. Yamant, Serok and the rest of the team made extra efforts to keep a buzz and fun atmosphere. Superb facilities including the water park. Beautiful garden and private beach. Not overcrowded. Friendly, cooperative and helpful staff. Very High cleanliness standards. Wide range of delicious food. Lovely spa facility.

Most staff do not speak English. English tea not available.

Resorts own sandy beach- very good for kids, good quality food and drink available all day long.

Shower room was really small and not good enough for family with small children.

The entertainment team and the every night shows are great in this resort. Rooms are clean and tidy.

I arrived at the hotel around 4.00am. The reception team was nice, but the room they gave us had the worst view. The room was facing the supply area of ​​the hotel and also there were the air conditioning units that made a lot of noise. I asked for a different room and I was asked to wait until 11.00am to sort this (the hotel was not even 50% occupied). Around 11.30 they offered me a new room in a better area. Rooms size are just good enough, but in the bathroom they have bathtubs with very high edges and you have to be careful when entering and exiting the bathtub(maybe there are not all like this). Talking about the restaurant...big variety of cakes, vegetables and bread, but don't expect to get seafood or variety of grilled meat (just chicken). With all this being said everyone will probably find something to eat 😉. Regarding the drinks... alcoholic drinks...is no problems...24 hours alcoholic drinks😁.

Aqua park is nice and diverse. Also the evening shows were very nice and super entertaining, I liked them so much.

The staff were so rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful most of the time. Also they didn't speak English very well so communicating with them was so hard. Everyday for 5 nights, I ask someone at dinner to find me a child seat, they come back after 10 seconds telling me they are all gone, I hold my baby and move around and always find a free one in 10-20 seconds. In another case, somone wqs taking empty plates from our table, dropped a few things as he was lifting stuff, didn't say anything, amd didn't even bother to pick up what he dropped on the floor. Third case, I was waiting to get turkish tea and someone from the staff jumped in front of me before I stopped them immediately. Another case communication and bad English, we arrived 11pm had late dinner and went to room around 12:10am with 2 tired kids, found one of the lights is always on. They send someone, spend 15-20 mins couldn't fix it and told me to wait for the morning. We had to sleep with one of the lights on. Next day I had to speak with 4 different people get 2 other to the room until it was fixed at around 7pm. Food is OK but average. Variety is not great. Dinner was almost the same everyday for 5 nights, no charcoal grilled food whatsoever. Seems like they are forcing you to go to the paid restaurants onsite.
