"Exactly like pictures but not really a peaceful resort."

Looks exactly like the pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the same day laundry service was great especially Hada. Helpful with luggage bringing up all the stairs.

Not really peaceful. The toilet, fridge & AC are very loud, there is not proper soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything when any movement is made. Your room is directly facing the pool so you will be able to hear if people are using it. One of friend’s rooms was left with damp sheets and it was blamed on the ac. If there is a thunderstorm the whole room moves. For a “peaceful “resort I do not believe kids should be allowed as this disturbs other guests. A lot of stairs so not really accessible.
