Tiene bastantes cosas ,buena piscina ,buen desayuno, habitación correcta

Las escaleras a la piscina y al restaurante son muy empinadas , necesita alguna reforma

Staff were amazing. Went beyond the call of duty, even decorating the room for my wife's birthday - amazing.

No beach.

The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. They arranged birthday card and small sweets on arrival which was very thoughtful of them. The kitchen staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The only thing we felt was that reception tries to push to book taxis through them and it is overpriced. There is at least 200-300 on top of the normal price which if you walk little bit to the road you can negotiate with drivers. Also same goes for the laundry service. Where outside shops charge 50 baht per kilo, the reception charges 100. The hotel needs to install fly screens so you can open the windows and balcony door.

The steps to the pool and it was 250b to anywhere in a grab, it's a far way from both central Lamai and Cheweng The bed was concrete hard, when we asked for a mattress topper we got a sunlounge mattress placed on the top of the mattress

+ приветливый персонал: + есть небольшая парковка для автомобилей; + виды с верхних этажей гостиничного корпуса великолепные; + вкусно готовят в ресторане; + небольшой, но комфортный бассейн; + возле бассейна есть прекрасный "живой уголок" местной фауны, очень интересно наблюдать и слушать; + береговая линия интересна для прогулок, особенно когда налево по дикому пляжу пойти - там недалеко огромные красивые валуны, фотографии получаются великолепные.

Следующие минусы это не отелю, а к месторасположению, как таковому: - моря считайте нет, даже когда прилив. Это очень большая отмель, до глубины чтобы искупаться вы пешком не дойдёте; - по дну залива ходить босиком не комфортно, дно покрыто острыми ракушками, надо постоянно следить, куда наступаешь, нужны коралловые тапочки или другая обувь.

The view from the room was amazing! Once we were given the room we booked it was a great room. Clean pool. Many friendly staff and they were always talking great care to the hotel.

Being told we had received an upgraded room, only to be given a much older and worse room because of a tub. Then when wanted the room I booked given a little bit of attitude from the check in lady. The place was empty and they could have given us a much better room if they were going to upgrade us. They told us they were fully booked, but they were empty. The towels need to be replaced. We heard this has happened to many other guests. Not sure why? The beach is not good for swimming.
