"Paradise :)"

We got a sea view - it was waking up in paradise Staff were lovely we were both very sick (nothing to do with Arks or surrounding areas) and staff were very patient with us, making sure our room still got cleaned and just overall lovely - thank you!!!

"Chilled and charming luxury away from the hustle and bustle!"

Close to everything you needed and yet also felt secluded. Itโ€™s really like a private beach! Enjoyed watching the comings and goings on the beach. Donโ€™t forget to visit Monica and Debbie in their shops. Alsoโ€ฆ great breakfast and donโ€™t miss cocktails up the stairs on the left of the beach!

The interesting choice of music at breakfast and inconsistent hot water.

Excellent location in its own little private cove beach between Palolem and Patnem. Lunch and dinner are ok. Friendly helpful staff.

However, the resort is feeling very jaded and in need of a refresh. Compared to some of the other resorts popping up this is very expensive. The breakfast is terrible me in comparison and we went out every day elsewhere. Lunch and dinner are great here, shame they canโ€™t replicate that for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Particularly the security guard who helped us with our bags and the front desk staff

"Lovely location but overpriced"

Very charming location

The price is the same as Grand Hyatt Goa but that is much to high for the cleanliness, the poor breakfast and the very poor restaurant and other facilities

"Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful beachfront location"

Beautiful accommodation in a great Location! We stayed in the Happiness room with a jacuzzi at the front, the room is next to the hotel pool and a few steps down to the lovely beach. Easy walking distance to both Palolem and Patnem beach with all the bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Hotel Restaurant was lovely food , omlette with everything and chicken xacuti was delicious. Staff very very helpful and friendly - we would lovely to return.

"Our stay was good"

Breakfast was simple not extraordinary. Staff were very nice and polite specially Becky and Sarika

Room size is good but the bathroomโ€™s hot and cold water mixer is not working. As if hot and cold water is coming alternatively
