To summarize Forget about hospitality and customer service and getting invoice. While booking.com had taken my card details, Mr Clifford was rude in his behavior challenging me to prove my payment . He lated said card payment is not working and asked to transfer via UPI. Arrogant and rude behavior. They collected amount with 12% GST but front office not aware of invoice or bill issuance. They stated we collect GST but don't give invoice. Great job of collecting tax and not giving receipt. After bath at night the water didn't drain and accumulated near the door. While I informed front office, they said will clean tomorrow after 9 AM. They said Not in their job profile. I sent WhatsApp of video to Clifford on water accumulation as his phone was switched off, but no revert. Anyway water was still there in the morning. Free pond in bathroom. Oh did I say there is hole in bathroom floor and covered with bucket placed strategically. No water pressure in tap. So forget about shower. Wash basin tap also has no pressure. Flush also suffers from same issue. Toilet seat is not clean. So be prepared to use bucket to pour water just like your stay expectations.

Horrible experience! The owner didn’t accept the online payment method so he could get the complete amount. And created horrible experience. He was screaming at us like a maniac! And when i complained to booking.com support they did nothing either! Over please don’t visit there. The staff here cheat the customers on the food and everything. I would not recommend anyone to stay here!

It’s not up to the mark , Infact it’s very bad condition. Property location is not cleaned , it’s not like shown in the image.

Food and staff was very good. Room was also very cozy.

Washroom could have been better.

It’s near to agonda beach

The huts are already broken there are no proper bed sheets, I don’t even suggest this for the budget friendly stay
