The cottages are poorly maintained. There are termites on the bed..there AC doesn't work...water has no pressure...worst hotel to stay

Just because it is in agonda

Many things not working, the list follows: 1) No light bulb in Bathroom/Toilet, 2) No light bulb at dressing table, 3) Jet spray of toilet not working, 4) No hot water available, 5) Hotel doesn’t even give soap, 6) Bathroom Shower not working, 7) Drinking water bottles not provided, 8) Ceiling fan working on just one speed, 9) Unclean and Uncomfortable beds, 10) Room having disgusting smell, 11) Worst Hospitality. And apart from all this THE STAFF AND OWNER INSTEAD OF RESOLVING THESE ISSUES WERE MORE INTERESTED IN AGRUMENENTS. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MINE TILL DATE!

Mostly clean and comfortable room with AC.

Hut is very dark, even with curtains open. No hot water and quite a few ants in bathroom. Had to get cash out to pay for room. Staff continuely asked me to pay which I understand but give me a chance to get cash. And hence they blocked my internet access until I paid. No garden area as suggested. It's just dirt. For me the location wasn't great. The majority of restaurants, cafes, shopping and yoga activities are up the other end. So ended up moving up there for a much more pleasant stay.
