That have everything you'd expect from a hotel at a bare minimum

I don't think they employ cleaners, the hotel was just dirty, the bed sheets and rooms were clean but the hallways and everywhere else made it feel like an abandoned hotel. I think they haven't mopped or swept in months

The staff is not experienced, including the Reception Manager . Seems very unprofessional. The rooms lack basic ammenities like heaters. Rooms don't have geysers. The hot water in wash rooms are only available until 10 am in the morning. This is most painful. Food

Only the location that was on road and near the property where our other knowns was staying

Unsupportive manager , they charged very unreasonable charges and not the clear justification for the amount the charged They ask for plastic lock card charges Rs.500 when I showed him the cost of that card was 75 maximum you can charge me 100/- I don’t mind

staff was very rude and unwelcoming....

rooms were spacious but were not clean properly...bathrom was very dirty. .charging point socket were not working ....food was very expensive but taste was very average ...

I liked only the location as it is located at centre of dhikuli nothing beyond that was positive.

It was a horribly managed property no hygeine,no cleanliness, the front desk the lift the lobby the common bathroom was stiblnking like public urinal. No Manager just bunch of housekeeping staff managing the property. It was a shame to the Le Roi chain of hotels. Food was tasteless we stayed for 3 nights with family and kids and it was a mistake. Lift was broken, pool was damn dirty. There was nothing to actually write positive here, I would never recommend anyone to book this hotel.
