Wifi was slow, was unable to use it for work purpose

The place is in very quiet location by the lake and good for reset your mind and escape from chaos. Hotel itself looks really nice, calm, clean to the last spot. There is possibility to have Ayurveda consultation and treatment. As I have had an issue with my swollen legs I spoke to the doctor and we agreed I’ll take massage for better circulation and relax. It was absolutely amazing although I have lots of bruises over my legs and arms:)))

- no proper informations given up to arrival (like simple one - what time and where is breakfast served, any info about massages etc) and you have to go and ask someone - to order dinner has to be done in advance which I understand BUT I arrived at 3:30pm and was asked immediately without given time to even go to my room and leave the bags. - although rooms are absolutely perfect there is one huge issue. Noise isolation. The guests above me were super noisy. Moving furniture in the evening, stamping like elephants and I could hear basically everything from that room despite the fact my fan was on and I have had earplugs. - mosquitoes….yes the property is by the lake and it’s natural to have them BUT any stick, spray or candle? I was struggling during the dinner despite the fact I have had long dress and mosquito cream on me - breakfast…as I mentioned I haven’t been given any information but find out that its from 8:30am. No one told me it’s buffet and where it is. When I finally found out I have to say …. breakfast is NOT appealing and I skipped it. Curry, something in pot which I couldn’t open, toast bread, banana and some mixed fruit…nothing else…. No fresh fruit? No eggs …. maybe I could order but would be good to have someone around so I could ask. - payment with card is possible but the fact that they take your card without showing you amount on the display is not ok and I have told them. Twice - the price per night is too high. Good for location but definitely service doesn’t wort it

The location and the entire layout of the property. Also, the staff had pleasantly dealt with our requests.

The property does not have some basic amenities such as in-house laundry.

1)late breakfast. 2)Only single items available at breakfast. Rooms were dusty. 3)NO mini bar. 4)NO food room service. 5)CANT GIVE OUT WIFI PASSWORD WITHOUT ASKING ON CHECK IN!
