"Great golf and spa, but stay elsewhere."

We loved the golf courses, and the wellness facility was superb.

Check in was difficult, we got there early but were told we couldn't check in and weren't offered anything, I had to ask to store my bag. We had a stay play and relax package but it felt wasted as we sat around the lobby trying to figure out what to do before we were allowed to check in. The staff almost didn't allow us to play because we needed a "green card", which wasn't mentioned at all when we booked the tee times online. Confusing, not at all welcoming, for a lot of money it left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably not designed for international guests.
