Nothing Don't know why some people say the service is bad but the girl serving us is just perfect

The rooms are very clean and the location is outstanding

The receptionist.. An unexperienced boy who was sitting at the front desk(reception) yesterday... He was rude and disrespectful... After booking the resort at night he told us that there is no rooms available for us when we showed up late at night... He didn't want to give us the keys of the room we booked and said that booking.com are very messy and there was a mistake when they confirmed my booking. He added that the place wasn't for public guests and that all rooms are booked because of a planned golf tournament. However, the other employees we met in the morning at the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

Tranquility and picturesqueness of location, amazing view from the room, comfortable wellness. A perfect place to hide from a big city rush

The breakfast is unfortunately very old school. Health food trend needs to develop.

Very nice place in the hills, super quite and clean room, very good food at the restaurant, Hibertus bier recommended. very good espresso!

Bed was very uncomfortable 😑😑😑, food was terrible, reception did not speak english.
