I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite requesting a baby crib two hours prior to check-in and receiving confirmation from the receptionist, no crib was arranged when we arrived. To make matters worse, the room was far from clean – we found hair on the towels and a dirty toilet mat, which was unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five-star. The check-in process was unnecessarily intrusive and frustrating. The supervisor asked endless questions even after I made it clear that we were tired and needed to rest. This lack of consideration for guest comfort was shocking. The room facilities were subpar – the power socket didn’t work, leaving us unable to charge our devices. Additionally, the breakfast was a complete letdown, with extremely limited Western food options and poor quality overall. This hotel is far from deserving of its five-star rating. It feels like they’re misleading guests with false claims. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
