The seaside, beach, and water park are in deed beautiful.

My spouse and I spent a week here. Would we return? Absolutely not. Why you may ask? There are countless destinations around the world where, for the same price range, the quality of service is significantly higher and the staff is far more courteous and helpful. Let’s examine the experience in more detail. The seaside, beach, and water park are indeed beautiful. However, the staff working there appeared exhausted, frustrated, and displayed a distinctly indifferent attitude. Given this behavior, it is hardly surprising that the hotel has already lost one of its stars compared to previous years, and it may lose another, if this trend continues. The fitness center is spacious and equipped with modern machines, which is excellent-until you accidentally leave behind a personal item, such as a training shirt. Naturally, it was never recovered, nor did the staff make any genuine effort to search for it, again reflecting the same indifferent mentality toward the guests. The cleanliness of the room would merit no more than a 3 out of 5 rating. The weakest aspect of the hotel, however, is undoubtedly the reception desk. Here, one encounters particularly disengaged and discourteous staff. The reception personnel seemed to have very limited understanding of their own billing system, which resulted in an employee attempting to charge us once again for the entire week’s accommodation, despite the full amount already having been charged to our card at check-in. This escalated into a formal complaint procedure, which ultimately concluded with a refund being issued to us. Unfortunately, this unnecessary ordeal took up an entire day of our holiday. In conclusion, there are numerous destinations around the world with similarly exceptional natural surroundings, such as Hawaii, Mauritius, or the Maldives, where the added value of kindness, professionalism, and fairness far surpasses what this place has to offer.

totul, locul este o oaza de liniște, proprietatea dispune de absolut tot ce iti poti dori, nu ai cum sa te plictisesti, exista diversitate, camerele sunt spatioase, curate, frumos amenajate

Preturile pentru mancare sunt destul de mari, dar exista diverse restaurante si terase

It was the most amazing stay for our family. We loved the experience, the aquariums, the beaches, the restaurants and service. We’ll come back for sure!

The prices can be cheaper for food and better variety for the breakfast.

The entertainment at the facility was fantastic. The sea creatures are mind blowing and the kids loved the rides when they worked and didnt get stuck on them. One slide stopped mid ride with my little stuck in it. Staff didnt know where to find the kiddo and were not helpful in a csary expoer

The resort had construction in the rooms on the sides and above us. They were raining down building materials onto our patio from pieces of concrete, self tapping screws, and metal door handles with their cigarette butts. During the day the rooms sounded like active construction sites with hammer drills going non stop
