The Royal at Atlantis

Everything was great! Checking in was easy. London was friendly and most accommodating . The room was beautiful, the vibe of the Royal was fabulous, surroundings felt safe, and the kids had a great time on the slides. The attractions are A+.

El costo en las comidas muy alto y solo habia un filtro bueno el resto sabía muy raro el agua, además cuando llueve se paraliza todo hasta te sacan del mar y ni se diga el parque acuatico, supongo que es por algo de seguridad pero es difícil darle a entender a un niño en sus vacaciones que no puede entrar nadie al agua

The architecture and landscaping are superb, also the variety of restaurants

I sent a claim to Booking Consumer Services indicating that out of the ten days, Atlantis only six days respected the agreed cost of the room, and raised it for the last four days out of the Booking contract. Nobody gave me an answer

The place is like the island name... a paradise. We loved the fauna and the care they seem to have. Prices in the shopping areas are very competitive compared to downtown, and also quality is better. Dining experience could be improved. Based on the cost, the variety and quality could use an uplift. Staff in general at the resort is not too friendly or fast. That can also be improved. Staff in the reservations and business aspect are great! There are so many fees, so be prepared to pay almost 40% more than the listed room price. There is a price for the meal, and room, plus 10%, plus 15%, plus resort fee plus 10% tax for the resort fee. Tooo many percentages added to the listed prices.

Excellent customer service by Tenneil at checking, accommodating and welcoming, we got there 5 hours early per our flight, but she made sure we were able to get our room right away. Provided us with info on all major activities. We did the dolphin and sea lion activities …amazing experiences, not only because of the activities but also because of the team. Will definitely be back!

Cameron at the Royal Front Desk Check In is amazing. He's professional, positive and so nice. He turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. He really did an exceptional job. Give that man a raise!

We stayed at the Royal Atlantis for 7 days to celebrate our honeymoon, we had the most incredible experience thanks to the VIP Imperial Team, from check in to check out, nothing was too much trouble. We were given a complimentary upgrade and access to the Imperial Lounge, a tour of the site and welcomed so warmly. The property was amazing, spotlessly clean and overall offered an amazing experience. We would 100% return again!
