Great place - can recommend it ! Food and staff exceptionally good. Scooter rental was organised as well as transfer to pier. Location best possible

That we couldn’t stay longer…

Låg nära stranden, sköna sängar.

Ingen wifi. Vi fick inte ha AC ( kontrollen hade de tagit bort) skulle kosta 400 bath /extra dag. Så vi hade 2 fläktar. Visst det är lågsäsong men vi som är här denna tiden skall väl få lika mycket ändå. Stod på bokningen wifi och ac. Strömmen kom och gick 2:a kvällen/natten/morgonen men visst det kan inte hotellet hjälpa men de hade kanske behövt någon backup???

Our bungalow was in an awful location, in the so-called garden, despite booking a sea view. Having checked some other reviews this is not uncommon behaviour at this resort. The “garden” is in fact an area of dusty stony ground with some tiny bushes and a few other spindly plants. Its a steep walk up from the beach. There's also no shade in the garden and its insufficient on your balcony so there’s nowhere to escape the midday sun. See pics of Left, right and side "views" from our "sea view" room plus a general view of the "garden". Worst of all, the owner is unscrupulous and behaves appallingly. We challenged her about our room and quite reasonably suggested she either move us to the sea view room we had booked and paid for in 2 or 3 days maximum or she gives us a refund so that we may take a sea view room elsewhere. We had a heated argument and constructive discussion was point blank refused, instead referring us to booking.com even though it isnt their contractual responsibility, it is the resort's. We decided to leave in the morning as we didnt fly half way round the world to look at a patch of stony ground instead of the sea for 2 weeks. Later that day, the owner came to our room behaving aggressively with four men and said she had money and she would go to the immigration police in Ranong and get them to make trouble for us. She continued making threats via the booking app after we had left. The bottom line is she ruined our holiday and we are owed over 20,000 baht. Booking.com wont do anything other than nicely ask the resort if they would refund us and despite stating they agree entirely with our position, they remain in bed with this and other unscrupulous operators and allow them to continue to use booking.com Also: Average food, 3x the cost of the next resort up the beach where the food is much better There was a faint smell of burning plastic in the evening. Wifi is useless

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce resort. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité. Le lieu est calme et le personnel adorable.

Wir haben in einem der 8 neuen Bungalows übernachtet, die nur wenige Meter oberhalb des Strandes liegen. Sie sind einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war gepflegt und noch in sehr gutem Zustand. Das breite Bett war sehr gut, gut auch die Möglichkeiten der Beleuchtung. Sehr gut war, dass es einen kleinen Kühlschrank gab, der nicht direkt im Zimmer, sondern im Bad stand. Er kühlte auch, wenn man das Zimmer abgeschlossen hatte. Sehr hilfreich war die Air Condition-Anlage, um das sich tagsüber aufgeheizte Zimmer des in der Sonne stehenden Bungalows herunterzukühlen. Nachts brauchte man die Anlage nicht. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen gut zu regulierenden Fan. Die Bungalows sind dank der großen Fenster und Terrasse schön hell und sie sind in einem guten Abstand voneinander angeordnet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Über die Qualität des Essens können wir nichts sagen, da wir am Morgen nur Obstsäfte, Obstteller u. Kaffee getrunken haben, diese war aber sehr gut. Man sitzt dabei schön am Strand und kann auf das Meer blicken. - Es gibt gute Liegen und auch viele Möglichkeiten im Schatten zu entspannen. Der Strand ist sehr ruhig, sauber und optimal, da man auch bei Ebbe schnell im Wasser ist und man auch nicht auf Steine /Felsen achten muss. ----- Die ganze Bucht ist wunderbar und dieser Abschnitt besonders.

Die Pflege des oberen Geländes auf dem die neuen Bungalows stehen könnte optimiert werden, sprich Plastik auflesen, die neu gepflanzten Blumen, Bäumchen gießen, Wegbeleuchtungen, die in umgekippt sind wieder aufrichten. Schön wäre es auch, wenn nach dem Reinigen der Bungalows nach Auszug der Gäste, das Reinigungspersonal, die Bettwäsche und den Abfall gleich forträumt und nicht einen oder zwei Tage auf der Terrasse liegen lässt. Würde das geschehen, wäre der Wohlfühlgrad top!

Für uns war heaven der schönste Urlaub in Thailand, die bungalow sorgten für uns das wir den Komfort hatten als Europäer, der uns die Anforderungen an das klima entspannt anpassen konnten, wir bedanken uns auch an alle Mitarbeiter von heaven, sie hatten uns sehr gut unterstützt in allen belangen,der Spaß kam auch nicht zu kurz. Auch beim resteraunt hat man gute Sicht zum Meer.das ressort ist künstlerisch auch in kleinen Details mit liebe errichtet worden das spürt man ganz gut vor Ort 😀 wir sind alte Thailand Reisende und hoffen das der Flair von phyam auch in Zukunft noch so bleibt, den somit kehren wir gerne wieder an diesem Platz zurück 🙃 danke an alle im heaven für die gute Betreuung.
