The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Die oberen rechts liegenden Häuser liegen im Schatten und haben eine schöne Terrasse. Der Stand ist sehr ruhig ohne große Wellen . Der Service sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant gemütlich nah am Wasser. Die Frühstückauswahl umfangreich, aber teuer. Zimmservice nur mit Aufforderung.

Das Restaurant mit Tischdecke am Strand zu teuer. Die linken Häuser liegen in der prallen Sonne.

The place and bugalows are well kept. We had a garden bungalow with a beautiful terrace, and the setting was really nice and quiet. The hotel is right on the beach, and the beach is stunning and probably Ko Phayam's most beautiful beach. The staff was always friendly and courteous. The whole setting is nicely quiet and the island wonderfully relaxed.

We were in a garden bungalow facing south and most of the day sitting on the terrace was a bit on the toasty side. It would have been great, if they could have kept some of the trees between the bungalows.

Beliggenhed helt stille og roligt og en fantastisk strand. Og personalet var super søde.

Die Lage der Beachfront Chalets direkt am Strand war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war gut, nur verhältnismäßig etwas überteuert.

Für 100eur/Tag/Beachfront Chalet war die Ausstattung nicht entsprechend.. Das Badezimmer angenehm gross, aber die Duscharmatur undicht und der WC- Sitz hatte starke fleckige Gebrauchsspuren.. Da sollte Heaven Beach Resort ein wenig investieren und die Badezimmerausstattung entsprechend erneuern. Auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch wurden Zimmer und Bad zwischengereinigt, allerdings leider ziemlich oberflächlich. Das freundliche Personal und die tolle Lage haben diese Mängel ausgeglichen.

Tolle Lage am Strand - nettes Personal da fehlt die konsequente Führung regelmäßig Strand säubern/ Toilette😩 / Umgebung leider sehr lieblos Bungalow‘s sehr renovierungsbedürftig was dem Besitzer bekannt ist dafür viel zu teuer Anlage könnte ein Traum sein 🤷‍♀️ die neuen Gardenbungalows sind dafür sehr schön und gepflegt
