Erg kille kamer met een douche die uitgeeft op de buiten, deze was heel erg vuil. Je hoort alles door de muren.

Good location, not far from the pier. There was a lot of mosquitos, the back door didn’t lock in our room and we was on floor level. Can hear lots of noise from the rooms next door. When we got to reception to check in, there was no one around, we pressed the bell multiple times and no one came for about 15 minutes. Rooms are easily accessible if someone wanted to get in

Location and the design is perfect.

Sound isolation was too weak we were able to hear neighbours conversation clearly

The bed and flatscreen were TOP! I also needed a document for extending my stay and the manager did that in 15 minutes! 👌🏼

-Ants in the room -Mice in the room -Lights didnt work -Fridge stops working when you leave the room. If i say something about it to the manager ( who i never saw, ) he tells the staff on site to fiks it. With poor or no result. Dont get me wrong the staff on site is super helpfull and reacts immediately but they just dont have the Tools or knoledge to get the things done. I mean how hard is it to buy antpoison and mousetraps. I was there 9 nights so i would Guess time enough to buy some no? I asked a discount from the manager for 1 night and the only response i got was : CHANGE ROOM? Maybe come and check yourself ? Show some goodwill to your (very patient) customers? building looks great but its full of mistakes/flaws and the Price is very high. I would not book here again. With more close managing this place would be great. Sad story...
