Side Royal Palace

Rommet var flott og deilig mat og flott ute basseng men spa avdeligen var kjempe dyr. Hadde jeg vært tysk så hadde jeg nok fått bedre service for hele hotellet besto av tyskere. Hadde en fin uke var mye ute på stranda så kommer nok tilbake hit neste vinter også vist det er ledige rom i mars. Har søkt men det er fult .

Замечательный отель,прекрасное обслуживание,чистые номера, питание вкусное и разнообразное, на рецепшине очень внимательные сотрудники. Часто бываем в Турции и этот отель один из лучших. Браво SIDE ROYAL PALACE!

Both hotels, the Palace and the Style were lovely, great ambience. The hotels have bought the Well Palace next door too, another great hotel. The reception, bar and restaurant and housekeeping staff all great. We would like to especially mention the bar staff at the Royal lobby area who were particularly attentive and kind. The coffee shop and the patisserie were fabulous.

The food was ok, a little repetitive and we’ve had much better, actually the Well Palace food was better when we last went. The standard of food did not match the rest of the hotel. The coffee shop could add moccas, otherwise fabulous.

The price was excellent and location was handy for our needs. The coffeeshop was a bonus but the inability to eat any meals poolside was very disappointing. The entertainment staff during the day were engaging and very friendly.

Rude restaurant and waiting staff made us feel second class. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday and tip when service merits it. The staff clearly favoured guests who were tipping. It was very difficult to get a table in the dining room at 7pm, and waiters prioritised other guests who had tipped. When we asked for help, we were shrugged off on more than one occasion. The food wasn’t awful, but it seemed aimed more at a German clientele. A final note in dining pool side. When we had taken food pool sode we were rudely chastised for doing so and then watched 4 guests bring food outside to be welcomed by smiling staff. Feel this is very unfair and unprofessional. It must be said that the hotel staff mainly speak Turkish and German. While they did make an effort to converse, we were not prioritised due to the language barrier, as mentioned above. It must also be stated that despite paying for an upgrade it was again rather disappointing. Although the pool was in view, the balcony itself was poor — no sun at all throughout the day, noise from the ventilation system(seen in pictures), dead flies in the walls and cobwebs on the ceiling made us not spend anytime there. The air conditioning in our room did not work despite raising with reception. Finally and most importantly for us the bed was akin to stone. We stayed in another hotel during our stay as part of an excursion and the difference was night and day. We have woken up stiff and uncomfortable each morning of our stay due to a mattress that is a close relation to a granite slab. On the whole we wouldn't stay again nor recommend the hotel which is a shame as we were really looking forward to our stay.

Piękny hotel , czyste pokoje, przemiła obsługa, pyszne jedzenie. Korzystalismy z wszystkich atrakcji spa, siłownia , basen zewnętrzny i wewnętyrzny. Super animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych.Udany pobyt na pewno znów wrócimy.
