Room was very good a TV and free mini bar was great I could only access BBC world service the entertainment team were poor and restaurant meals were continental and not English

Some staff weren't very friendly in the restaurant and kept waiting around for tips and if you didn't tip for service you received they were very passive

Good food, good coctails, Corona beer, nice Al la carte restorans with good food and service. The staff is very professional and looks after every guests wellbeing

Hard to say, maybe the room where they hold the evening animation is a bit small, but I guess it is better in warmer season
