Отель на высшем уровни твердый 5 звезд. Для тех кто с детьми самый раз, аквапарк классный. Кухня разнообразной и вкусное. Один из плюсов было свая парковка на территории, так как мы были на машине это хороший бонус.

Были вопросы по размещением но все решилось быстро.

Really loved exceptional service from guest relation, especially Gullu and WhatsApp group -that you could text day or night and answer was coming straight away. Night manager absolutely fab as well! Bar staff Aziz Khan from swimming pool bar, what a kind and knowledgeable bartender♥️ Mehmed and Aigerim beautiful people , knowing what "hospitality " means! Hotel location on the beach as well as on motorway without noise being heard. Super SPA services for affordable pricing. Gentleman in their shop super kind too! Food improved on 3rd day of our visit, it's great to see Head Chef on the floor looking after every single detail! ♥️

Unfortunately we arrived on 1st night of opening for the season so couldn't see a full potential of hotel. On the other hand was amazing to see daily openings and potential for all guests during the the high season.

Fantastic holiday had by all of us. Sidera kirman have gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The facilities for kids are fantastic, water slides, kids play area, games room with bowling etc, aswell as 2 heated pools. The hotel is also right on the beach with access directly from the hotel. The facilities here have been top notch, and have provided everything that we needed and more. Food buffet has been great, with plenty of different selections, aswell as an ice cream and waffle bar in the day, and lots of different bars, with a good selection of drinks.
