All was perfect it worth every penny fabuilous shows every night & activities in the pool ,food also very good staff were good as well especialy the manager Mr Kamal .He was every where in the resort making sure all is good Loved the stay hopefully i ll be back with the family soon

Not easy to book the restaurants a la crate

Everything about the hotel, the staff, the cleanness, the food was exceptional! Very family friendly!

I wouldn’t say don’t like, I would just say that the bed mattress was a little uncomfortable for a 5* hotel

Big pool Nice design

-Food was terrible, not even close to real Turkish cuisine. Especially deserts at patisserie had no taste. -It is really understaffed. It was almost impossible to order at the pool bar, there were 2-3 people serving hundreds of guests. -I had no cash with me when we arrived so the bell boy banged the door and stormed off the room?? -we arrived at 3 and the room was still not ready.
