*landscaping :very beautiful plants with names on them. *lot of big pools for adult and kids. *restaurants i'll give 10/10 to the food and staff in the restaurants

cleanliness 3/10 room floor was dirty on first day even after housekeeper cleaned it I cleaned it by myself again. picture of the towel after zi cleaned kids table in restaurant was dirty as they are never been cleaned. *bad smell of the mattresses on beds. *if mosquitos like to bite you don't visit this hotel there is a lot of them evening. *reception staff at morning time is very rude and unfriendly except some girls who tried to clean up after them all the time. *I made late checkout at 15:00 and I paid for that .I put don't disturb sign on the door however housekeeper entered my room without permission and he started to arguing that I should checkout. *maintenance staff although entered without permission, just knocked the door and entered by their card key. so if you will go to this hotel. close your door well. *the pictures on booking do not mach the reality.,I booked the room with carpet because I have kids ,I was surprised that they don't have any single room with carpet and the pictures in booking are old

It's a good hotel, everything is thought out so that you feel comfortable. First of all we liked the overall young and friendly atmosphere among the people. There are people of different nationalities: many Turkish people, German, Polish, people from other Eastern European countries, Russians, Ukranians, Azerbaijanies, Georgians. We liked the beach and the sea. The beach has bars, showers and changing rooms, the toilet is kept clean. The pirs is one of the best on the beach. There is a good entertainment on the beach: there are all kinds of water sports and volleyball durng the day. The food and the service in the restaurant were good. It was also convenient to have access to cold water supply, tea and coffee in many places. There is a big territory to walk, we enjoyed the long promenade road along the beach which is safe to run in the early morning. The guy in the fitness center was friendly and helpful, and there is a good massage in the spa. We also liked very professional shows in the evening. The room and the bed were comfortable.

We didn't undersrand the behavior of the manager Aleyna on the main reception as she did everything she could to make us disappointed and every step with her was so diffucult. As soon as we asked for something she said it was not possible and she always lied to us. She said it was not possible to exchange dollars for euros, only for liras, though we did it easily with another manager. She said it was not possible to get a transfer to Vonresort Elite building where we lived but we had to come to Golden Coast building and to check out there, though the next day we could easily check out and get a transfer at Vonresort Elite and etc. We didn't like that they didn't fill our minibar every day and when they did we never had enough supply of water and tea for 3 people if any. The room cleaning was unproper, we left tips but it didn't help and one day my wife missed her Givenchy eye shadows. When we arrived we didn't find any blankets and blanket sheets on the beds, just covers and it took us a couple of days to solve the problem. The sea has 2 rope barriers and it could be overcrowded sometimes for those who don't swim but stand there. We just swam over or under the first rope and were along there. Besides there are 3 runways in the fitness but only one of them worked and it was deffinately not enough for such a big hotel. And unfortunately there are no tennis courts in the hotel.

Excellent aquapark, so many slides and no queues. Food was various and very tasty, they had a Turkish food night one night and there were so many options, it was very good. staff was always very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a whatsapp helpline which you can write your issues and they respond/fix very quickly which was very helpful. Beach was sandy and not going deep very quickly. Kids club had so many attractions in a separate area also kids disco every night. Gardens, flowers, plants are very well kept, you feel the nature.

Rooms are cleaned daily but not in detail, e.g toilets are not cleaned. Maybe if we have asked for it specifically, they may have cleaned it deeper though, so can't complain.
