I had to request as my 10month old was sick of eating potato puree 3 times a day. and it never arrived even though it was promised. Also some staff are rude and don’t care. Excellent animation team, good activities for kids and adults, nice restaurant personnel. Fun water park. The fresh salad bar was amazing.

Food was plentiful but not flavorful, the same variety every day. I didn't like bedding, it wasn't comfy. There was no map in the room or information about what is available in the hotel. Only on our last day we found out there was another spa and indoor pool closer to our room. With three different hotel complexes under Vonresort brand, it is confusing and not clear what is available and where. Through the hotel I organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel, upon arrival no one was there to meet us despite providing them with our flight information. We had to wait for a long time until someone showed up after I found a way to contact them.

Staff behaviour too good, swimming pools, aqua water park & pavilion on beach un forgettable. We feel beauty of Nature all the time in this biggest resort

Food was not good, average & ordinary dishes, just quantity not quality. wash rooms are small as we compare to another big five star hotel, one night ac was not working & we feel suffocation, we launch complain but no result

We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the hotel. There are two large pools with many sunbeds, many bars and options to eat, excellent service, the hotel employees were very kind. The beach is available and well organized. The food in the restaurants was excellent, everything was fresh and tasty, a large variety of foods. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is excellent. The entertainment shows in the evening were a pleasant surprise, there were lots of places to sit, some around tables with waiter service. We would love to go back there.

The Elite Hotel is not really a separate hotel, but more of a room complex next to the Golden Coast Hotel. There is a separate pool, a bar and a dining room, and a partial reception service. It is important to clarify this in advance, but nevertheless, it did not affect the enjoyment of the hotel because we were able to enjoy both the quietness of the Elite complex, and all the services of the Golden Hotel, which are right next door.
