Fantastic crew, great service, really appropriate for children. We just loved it. I injured my leg and stuff would really try an help me out and address my needs. Thank you, Cihat Taš! Food and pools war good.

Our room was facing the parking palace, which was really not great. but it didn’t bother us too much.

the resort is so nice and big unlike the pictures on the web, food and drinks in every spot, staff are kind. lots of activities , we recommend this resort to Families with kids.

cats are allowed to come inside the restaurant. one annoying cat made my wife uncomfortable. the location is one hour driving from Antalya old town.

We have visited a number of times, always impressed by the facilities and staff, always fully committed to return again. Our transfer to Von resort was poor and the check in this time was awful, with a capital 'A'. Having been before, however, this one. utterly rude. event will not stop up returning. The pools are numerous. The food is plentiful, varied and always available. The night time entertainment is one of the big return draws for us. I cannot stress enough, how brilliant VON resort is. The Elite is where we stay as a family as it is quieter and more relaxed. But, and I do mean literally, 200 steps away you can be in music and party or the same steps the other direction, the beach. If you do read this whole review, I have been critical of one nasty event we had on this visit; the check in. I feel I have to be honest and write a true reflection of this stay. I state it here in this section as this was only one event and one man, Von resort staff have never ever in all our visits acted in this way. Friendly, welcoming and always attentive; this is the VON we know. Von resort is the best place we have stayed in Antalya and we will be back again and again.

We booked the airport transfer to and from as the price was comparable to our previous private hire transfers. The minibus was old, with damaged seats and very bad ac. I sat in the front with the driver, so I know the power and AC distribution were fully turned up for the back passengers; it was simply old and working poorly. This was not acceptable, but worse, when we arrived and informed the hotel staff specifically responsible for the transport to and from, they neither cared nor offered any answer or appeasement. We immediately cancelled the return leg transit and booked with the company we had used the previous times we came to Von resort. Now, this started our holiday badly, I suspect led to the next encounter being escalated. Upon arrival, we were told we could not pay in Lira, as we had booked. My wife is Turkish and it is her right to do so. We have on 15+ holidays, and always on our previous visits to Von. The system has changed for some banks, but not for Turkish citizens. The issue is the way the man spoke to my wife, (luckily in Turkish) at check in. She is the calm one and after 5+ minutes of back and forth both her and the man were screaming. I took over in English which he, annoyingly, immediately calmed down for. He rang the finance supervisor who said yes we can pay in Lira; no problem. I say this not to discourage anyone; Von Resort is AMAZING you absolutely have to go there. I say this to, hopefully, alert the management to how quickly things can escalate. If we had not been before, I assure you, we would have turned around and gone somewhere else or worse, kicked off in the central foyer making it look far removed from the warm and friendly hotel it is. We take a, frankly rubbish, transit to a hotel where we are then expected to hand over quite a lot of our hard earned money to a man who shouts at us at check in. How different to our previous welcoming arrivals. I must say, he did later ring the room to apologise for his behaviour.

I like the resort pool and entertainment only

I didn’t like the staff , no one is helpful , room service are very bad . they have a lot of food with no taste , I got a small stone in my food !
